Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate to manage a center's day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will support new and existing customers across industries, handling inquiries, set-ups, and small events to enhance the community experience.

You will work with the Community Manager to plan next week’s networking event, draft invites, and maintain posters around the center. A strong multitasker with MS Office skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer requests with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with administrative and support needs to enable their business operations.
• Set up and manage center services, including IT and AV setup, WiFi changes, and package handling.
• Coordinate with Community Manager for events and networking activities in the center.
• Process invoices and ensure services are properly charged.
