IWG is seeking a part-time Community Associate to help manage a vibrant coworking center. You’ll assist customers, coordinate services, and support networking events to build a thriving community.

Expect duties from greeting guests to arranging meetings, printing, and invoicing while maintaining a welcoming, organized workspace. The role emphasizes strong communication, multitasking, and a friendly, proactive attitude in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Ownership of problems and finding solutions
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and coordinate requests to ensure smooth operations within the center
• Support center events and community networking activities
• Handle tasks such as printing, invoicing, and setup of equipment
• Open tickets and communicate with customers to ensure timely responses
• Manage day-end wrap-up and maintain a tidy, functional work environment
