Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Coordinator to support technology initiatives within the Real Estate and Office Technology Refresh Program portfolio. You will work with senior project managers and regional stakeholders to coordinate projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business requirements.

The role focuses on office construction, renovation, and technology deployments (AV, network, printing, IoT, smart lockers, workstations).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Experience in corporate or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of office technology projects across the Americas region.
• Assist in development of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate project activities and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor risks, issues, and actions, escalating when needed.
• Support governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Technology, and vendors to support project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and repositories.
• Ensure deployments align with EY standards and approved processes.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables and track progress against timelines.
• Participate in quality reviews and readiness assessments.
• Support project closure activities and lessons learned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and PM best practices.
