Job summary

EY seeks a Project Coordinator to support technology initiatives in its Real Estate and Office Technology Refresh Program. The role coordinates office technology deployments (AV, network, IoT, smart lockers) and supports senior PMs across the Americas, aiming to independently lead small Real Estate Office and Office Technology projects over time.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in project coordination, project management, technology deployment, workplace technology, infrastructure, or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of office technology projects across the Americas region.
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate project activities and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Support project governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Technology, and vendor teams to support project execution.
