Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of technology initiatives within the Real Estate and Office Technology Refresh program. You will work alongside senior project managers to coordinate projects, develop plans, schedules, and documentation, and ensure on-time delivery.

The role focuses on office construction, renovation, and technology deployment including AV, network, printing, IoT, smart lockers and workstation technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–7 years in project coordination or project management.
• Experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of office technology projects across the Americas.
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate project activities and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Support project governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Technology, and vendor teams to support project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project repositories.
• Help ensure technology deployments align with EY standards and approved processes.
