Job summary

EY is seeking a project coordinator to support technology initiatives within the Real Estate and Office Technology Refresh Program portfolio in the Americas region. You will work with senior project managers to coordinate plans, schedules, and documentation to deliver technology solutions on time and within budget.

The role focuses on office construction, renovations, and technology deployments such as AV, network infrastructure, IoT, smart lockers, and workstation technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in project coordination, project management, technology deployment, workplace technology, infrastructure, or related disciplines.
• Experience in corporate or professional services environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of office technology projects across the Americas region.
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate project activities and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Support project governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Technology, and vendor teams to support project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project repositories.
• Help ensure technology deployments align with EY standards and approved processes.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables and track progress against agreed timelines.
• Participate in project quality reviews and readiness assessments.
• Support project closure activities, including documentation, handoff, and lessons learned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
