Job summary

EY is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the Real Estate and Office Technology Refresh program across the Americas. You will work with senior project managers to coordinate office technology deployments, AV, network infrastructure, printing, IoT, and workstation technologies, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience in corporate or professional services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of office technology projects across the Americas.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate activities and track milestones for timely delivery.
• Monitor risks, issues, and action items; escalate when needed.
• Support governance activities and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Technology, and vendors to support project execution.
• Maintain documentation, meeting notes, and project repositories.
• Ensure deployments align with EY standards and approved processes.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables and timelines.
• Participate in project quality reviews and readiness assessments.
• Support project closure activities, including documentation, handoff, and lessons learned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
