Job summary

EY in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Real Estate and Office Technology Refresh Program. You will assist in planning, scheduling, and delivering office technology deployments across the Americas, working with senior project managers and vendors.

This role develops project management skills, coordinates AV, network, and IoT deployments, and helps ensure work aligns with EY standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in project coordination, project management, technology deployment, workplace technology, infrastructure, or related disciplines.
• Experience working in a corporate or professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of office technology projects across the Americas.
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate project activities and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Support project governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Technology, and vendor teams to support project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project repositories.
• Help ensure technology deployments align with EY standards and approved processes.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables and track progress against agreed timelines.
• Participate in project quality reviews and readiness assessments.
• Support project closure activities, including documentation, handoff, and lessons learned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
