Job summary

Élan Partners seeks a Technical Project Coordinator to support enterprise Workplace Technology projects, including corporate office buildouts, relocations, refreshes, and infrastructure deployments. The candidate will coordinate networks, wireless, desktop tech, printers, telecom carriers, vendors, construction teams, and internal IT.

This role focuses on coordinating technical workstreams, tracking dependencies, and keeping multiple projects on schedule with strong communication and scheduling

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical/infrastructure project coordination or project management experience.
• Experience with corporate office buildouts, relocations, refreshes, or infrastructure deployments.
• Working knowledge of networks, telecom circuits/carriers, wireless, and end-user/workplace technology.
• Experience coordinating internal IT teams, telecom providers, construction teams, and technology vendors.
• Strong project tracking skills, including schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and documentation.
• Coordinate network, telecom, wireless, desktop, multimedia, construction, vendor, and business workstreams.
• Track deliverables and proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule.
• Support requirements gathering, budget/resource tracking, status reporting, and change management.
