Job summary

EY is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support delivery of office technology initiatives across the Americas. You will assist in planning, scheduling, and documenting project work, while coordinating activities and tracking milestones to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in project coordination, corporate work experience, and strong communication. The role offers hybrid work, global collaboration, and exposure to AV, network, and workplace tech deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Experience in corporate or professional services environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of office technology projects across the Americas region.
• Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate project activities and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and action items, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Support project governance activities, including status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Workplace Services, Technology, and vendor teams to support project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and project repositories.
• Help ensure technology deployments align with EY standards and approved processes.
• Coordinate vendor deliverables and track progress against agreed timelines.
• Participate in project quality reviews and readiness assessments.
• Support project closure activities, including documentation, handoff, and lessons learned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
