Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a senior HR-focused Workday Transformation lead to drive governance, pipeline management, and end-to-end delivery of HR initiatives across Workday modules. You will partner with HR, IT, and leadership to align requirements with enterprise architecture and ensure measurable business value.

The role requires 6–10 years in HR product management with strong PM/BA skills and proven Workday expertise, including Talent Management/Recruiting configuration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6–10 years in HR product management or HR.
• Experience with Workday is required.
• Talent Management and Talent Acquisition configuration preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Govern change intake, prioritise, and approve Workday enhancements.
• Manage pipeline and roadmap of change with resources.
• Lead complex business analysis and requirements elicitation.
• Translate requirements into Workday solution designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design to deployment.
• Identify risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation plans.
• Act as a Workday SME across HR processes.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment and outcomes.
• Plan timelines and resources across multiple initiatives.
