Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6–10 years in HR Product Management/HR.
• Experience with Workday is required; other modules preferred.
• Configuration experience with Talent Management and Acquisition is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for Workday enhancements, aligning with budget and strategy.
• Manage pipeline and roadmap of change across HR and IT.
• Perform complex business analysis, process mapping, and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and senior leaders to shape requirements into designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment.
