Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years in HR Product Management/HR.
• Experience with Workday required; applicants without Workday won't be considered.
• Configuration experience with Talent Management and Acquisition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks for Workday enhancements.
• Own pipeline and roadmap of change, balancing priorities and resources.
• Lead complex business analysis activities across HR and downstream systems.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to shape Workday solution designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment.
• Identify risks and dependencies, driving mitigation plans.
• Act as Workday and HR process subject matter expert.
