Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a PM/BA‑savvy Workday Transformation lead to drive governance, pipeline, and end‑to‑end delivery of Workday initiatives across HR. The role combines PM/BA discipline with deep HR system knowledge to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

You will partner with HR, IT, and leadership to shape requirements, manage risks, and ensure delivery aligned with the Workday roadmap. Remote-friendly hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in HR Product Management/HR
• Experience with Workday required
• Talent Management and Acquisition configuration preferred
• Financial Services experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks to intake, assess, prioritise, and approve Workday enhancements
• Own and actively manage the pipeline and roadmap of change
• Lead complex business analysis activities, including process mapping, requirements elicitation, data analysis, and impact assessments
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and the business to shape and challenge requirements
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of initiatives, coordinating cross‑functional teams
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints
• Act as a subject matter expert in Workday and HR processes
• Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies
• Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
