Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an experienced HR Workday Transformation professional to lead governance and end‑to‑end delivery of Workday initiatives. You will partner with HR, IT, and senior leaders to elicit requirements, design scalable Workday solutions, and manage risks across multiple modules.

The role emphasizes PM/BA discipline, strong communication, and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver measurable business value within a hybrid/remote work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–10 years in HR product management or HR field.
• Must have Workday experience; candidates without Workday experience will not be considered.
• Configuration experience with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks for Workday enhancements and roadmap alignment.
• Own pipeline and manage change priorities, capacity, and delivery.
• Lead complex business analysis: process mapping, elicitation, data analysis, impact assessments.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to shape Workday solution designs.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery from design through testing and deployment.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.
• Act as Workday and HR process SME to optimize outcomes.
• Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures with stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency and value realization.
• Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
