Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 6 to 10 years in HR Product Management / HR.
• Experience with Workday is required.
• Talent Management and Talent Acquisition configuration desired.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements.
• Own and manage pipeline and roadmap of change.
• Lead complex business analysis, including process mapping and requirement elicitation.
• Partner with stakeholders to shape and challenge requirements.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design to testing and deployment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
