Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an experienced HR Workday Transformation lead to own PM/BA initiatives across Workday modules. You will gather requirements, map processes, and design scalable solutions while coordinating with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure value delivery.

Expertise in Workday configuration (Talent Management, Recruitment, Onboarding) and governance is required. This role supports a hybrid/remote US work model with strong communication and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6–10 years HR/Workday experience.
• Proven Workday configuration experience, especially Talent Management and Recruiting.
• PM/BA expertise with ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
• PMI‑PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance for Workday enhancements and roadmap.
• Own pipeline, prioritize changes, manage dependencies.
• Conduct business analysis: mapping, elicitation, impact assessment.
• Partner with HR/IT to design Workday solutions.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery from design to testing.
• Identify risks and mitigations.
• Act as Workday SME guiding decisions.
• Define outcomes and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Plan timelines and resources across initiatives.
