Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; 6–10 years in HR product management or HR roles.
• Workday experience required; Talent Management and Talent Acquisition configuration preferred.
• Financial services experience is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements aligning with objectives, budget, and delivery capacity.
• Own and manage the change pipeline and roadmap balancing priorities, dependencies, and resources.
• Lead complex business analysis: process mapping, elicitation, data analysis, impact assessments.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business to translate requirements into clear Workday designs.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design through testing and deployment.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Act as Workday and HR subject matter expert to optimize outcomes.
• Define initiative vision, outcomes, and success measures with stakeholder alignment.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure transparency and value.
• Plan and manage timelines, resources, and deliverables across initiatives.
