Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Senior HR Workday Transformation professional to lead governance, pipeline management, and end-to-end delivery across Workday modules. The role blends PM and BA disciplines to translate complex HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

You will partner with HR, IT, and senior leaders to align initiatives with enterprise strategy, managing timelines, risks, and resources while driving measurable business value.

Qualifications

• PM/BA capability with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Strong Workday configuration experience, including Talent Management/Acquisition.
• Proven ability to govern demand, prioritization, and governance.
• Deep business analysis skills across HR processes and integrated systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance for Workday enhancements and roadmaps.
• Own pipeline and balance business priorities with resources.
• Lead complex analyses: process mapping, elicitation, data analysis.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business to shape and challenge requirements.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from design to testing and deployment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints.
• Act as Workday and HR SME guiding solution decisions.
