Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations, integrating finance, analytics, planning, and HR workflows. The role will lead or support Workday workstreams on implementations, design configurations, and year-end processes across global engagements.

Travel may be required, with a strong emphasis on client relationship management, risk and budget ownership, and collaboration within on/offshore

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification
• 3+ years of consulting experience (Sr. Consultant or similar)
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience)
• If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/off-shore functional teams.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions for cohesive cross-functional impacts.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
