Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory team. You will lead or support Workday time tracking initiatives and help design cohesive cross-functional solutions within enterprise finance and HR cloud environments.

The role involves handling large global programs, client interaction, risk management, and continuous improvement of Workday configurations and processes.

Qualifications

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesive cross functional impacts.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide ongoing support for Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling in Workday and year-end activities.
