Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data reporting and transformation across finance, analytics, planning and HR. The role includes leading workstreams, creating project workplans, configuring Workday modules, and advising clients on best practices.

Travel may be required (0–100%). The position supports onsite, hybrid, or flexible arrangements as dictated by client engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience, at a Sr. Consultant level or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Manage small on/off-shore functional teams
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping
