Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join a team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations. You will lead or support Workday Time Tracking, Absence, and Scheduling workstreams on global implementations, shaping workplans, managing resources, and advising clients on best practices.

Role requires 3+ years in Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations and a Workday Partner Certification, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, managing risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirements changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Support year-end reporting and related activities in Workday.
