Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join a team of advisory professionals focused on cloud-based data reporting that integrates finance, analytics, planning, and HR. You will lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on Workday implementations and manage small on/offshore teams.

Your role includes creating workplans, addressing day-to-day issues, and aligning configurations with evolving requirements, while advising clients on best

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification.
• 3+ years of consulting experience, Sr. Consultant level or equivalent.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience); Associate’s Degree requires equivalent 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large global engagements including risk, budget, resources, and client relationships.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with clients to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Support year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on- and off-shore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options; recommend approaches and mitigations.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions for cohesive cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and overall project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve objectives.
• Support innovation through new methods and assets.
