Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services company, seeks a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant in the United States. You will join a team focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations integrating finance, analytics, planning and HR in Workday solutions.

You will lead or support Workday streams, develop project workplans, resolve issues, and architect solutions, while guiding offshore teams and advising clients on best practices. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification is required.
• 3+ years of consulting experience in a Sr. Consultant or similar role.
• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/offshore functional teams.
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements.
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cohesion and mitigated cross-functional impacts.
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through prototyping.
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve objectives.
• Support innovation through creation of new industry leading methods and assets.
