Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join a team delivering cloud-based data-reporting solutions across finance, analytics, planning and HR. You will lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstreams on global Workday implementations and guide clients on best practices.

The role requires certification and several years of Workday experience, with travel up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

Workday Partner Certification.
3+ years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar.
3+ years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
Research day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes.
Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday.
Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday.
Manage small on/off-shore functional teams.
Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions to ensure cross-functional cohesion.
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
