Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join a team delivering cloud-based data-reporting and HR/finance solutions. The role focuses on integrating Workday with core business processes and guiding advisory efforts on industry best practices.

You will lead or support Workday streams, create workplans, resolve issues, and mentor project teams across regions. Travel flexibility is required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Need Workday Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 years consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or similar
• Minimum of 3 years Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience)

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project
• Support creation of workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources
• Research and resolve day-to-day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues
• Work with client to support new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday
• Create and update Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for regular and special Absence/Time Tracking/Scheduling processes in Workday
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Provide support for year-end reporting and other year-end activities in Workday
• Manage small on/offshore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations
• Architect Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling solutions cohesively
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices
• Demonstrate design options via prototyping
• Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies
• Provide status updates to Project Manager
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management
• Support innovation with new methods and assets
