Job summary

Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada payroll operations. You will serve as the primary HRIS partner to Payroll, ensuring compliant, scalable solutions.

The role requires strong Workday Payroll expertise, deep payroll process knowledge, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams including HRIS, Benefits, Time Tracking, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration supporting complex payroll environments.
• 5+ years supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations. Workday Payroll Certification preferred.
• Workday Payroll Certification, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll functionality for U.S. and Canada payroll operations.
• Partner with Payroll and cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design scalable Workday solutions.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex payroll issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Lead Workday testing for releases, updates, integrations, and new functionality.
• Support payroll-related configuration across Workday modules including Benefits, Absence, and Reporting.
