Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada. The role partners with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Time Tracking, IT, and other teams to translate complex payroll needs into effective Workday configurations.

You will lead testing for semi-annual Workday releases, support payroll-related configurations across modules, and advocate best practices to improve accuracy and efficiency while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field.
• 5+ years HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• 5+ years supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll.
• Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS SME for design, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to translate payroll needs into Workday configurations.
• Lead Workday testing activities for system enhancements, semi-annual releases, regulatory changes, and integrations; document results and ensure production readiness.
