Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead Workday Payroll configuration and support for U.S. and Canada operations.

You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate requirements into scalable Workday solutions and ensure compliance across a complex payroll environment. You will own testing for semi-annual releases, manage production readiness, and drive continuous improvement in payroll processes, reporting, and integrations while aligning with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• Experience supporting multi-state or multi-country payroll operations.
• Workday Payroll Certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills across HR, Payroll and IT.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Payroll for US and Canada.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate requirements into solutions.
• Analyze complex payroll needs and implement sustainable Workday configurations.
• Lead Workday testing for releases, updates, and regulatory changes.
• Support payroll related configuration across modules and reporting.
