Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada. You will serve as the primary HRIS partner to Payroll, ensuring compliance and alignment with business requirements.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, Time Tracking, IT, and other stakeholders to translate complex payroll needs into effective Workday configurations and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Payroll configuration for complex payroll environments.
• Strong HRIS analysis and requirements translation into Workday solutions.
• Experience leading testing activities and validating releases.

Responsibilities

• Design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Payroll and HRIS teams to analyze needs and design scalable Workday solutions.
• Analyze issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
