Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, optimize, and support Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.

You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions and ensure compliance across a complex payroll environment. You will lead testing for semi-annual Workday releases, manage payroll configurations, and drive process improvements across multiple locations and country requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• 5+ years supporting large, multi-state or multi-country payroll operations; Workday Payroll certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary Workday Payroll HRIS SME for U.S. and Canada payroll operations.
• Partner with Payroll and HRIS teams to analyze requirements and design scalable Workday solutions.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement sustainable solutions to payroll issues.
• Lead Workday testing for releases, updates, and integrations; validate in test tenants.
• Support configuration across Workday modules including Benefits, Compensation, Absence, reporting.
• Evaluate functionality toRecommend enhancements and automation opportunities.
