Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to lead Workday Payroll design, configuration, and optimization for U.S. and Canada operations. You will partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits and IT to translate complex needs into scalable configurations and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include testing, releases, and ensuring production readiness, while supporting related modules and governance. Requires deep Workday Payroll expertise and multi-state/country experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• 5+ years supporting large, multi-state and/or multi-country payroll operations.
• Workday Payroll Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Payroll and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into configurations.
• Analyze complex payroll needs and implement scalable Workday solutions.
• Lead Workday testing, releases, and ensure production readiness.
• Support Benefits, Compensation, Absence, reporting and payroll-related processes.
• Evaluate functionality and recommend enhancements for efficiency.
