Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Senior Payroll HRIS Analyst to design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.

This role partners with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate complex requirements into scalable Workday configurations and ensure compliance across a multi-state, multi-country payroll environment. The candidate will lead testing for semi-annual Workday releases, manage enhancements, and drive process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Five+ years HRIS experience with hands-on Workday Payroll configuration.
• Workday Payroll Certification preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-state/multi-country payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Payroll for U.S. and Canada.
• Partner with Payroll, HRIS, Benefits, and IT to translate requirements into Workday solutions.
• Lead testing activities for Workday releases and system updates.
• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Maintain and modify payroll-related configuration across modules.
