Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks an HR Systems Product Lead to own Workday HCM capabilities in Benefits, Compensation, and Time & Absence. You’ll drive portfolio roadmap, maintain partner relationships, and lead system administration while ensuring data quality and compliance.

You will collaborate with HRIS leadership and business owners, manage releases, and support analytics with robust testing and controls in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience configuring and managing Workday HCM and other HR systems.
• Experience with Workday data structures, security, EIBs, reporting, and data auditing.
• Knowledge of HR business processes and related Workday modules.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and own the Benefits, Compensation and Time & Absence Workday capabilities.
• Manage Workday system administration: configuration, security, processes, notifications, and data quality.
• Coordinate vendor releases and implement features with testing and UAT.
• Support Reporting & Analytics with dashboard requirements and testing.
• Lead data loads via EIB and ensure regulatory compliance.
