Job summary

Gartner, a global leader in research and advisory services, seeks an Associate HR Systems Product Lead to advance HR technology solutions. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, resolve issues, and deliver scalable Workday-based solutions, with visibility into priorities and timelines.

You will drive the benefits, compensation, and time/absence domains, coordinate testing, and ensure data quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years HR experience driving people-focused technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of Workday core functionality and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain Benefits, Compensation and Time and Absence tech portfolio.
• Translate requirements into effective system solutions with limited guidance.
• Deliver configuration changes with documentation and testing.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate testing activities.
• Manage deliverables through the delivery lifecycle with proper documentation.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for issues.
• Configure and process mass data loads via EIB.
• Participate in requirements sessions with SMEs, IT, and users.
• Support end-user requests and develop knowledge assets for training.
