Job summary

Gartner is seeking an HRIS Product Lead to own and operate Workday HCM Core HR, Onboarding, and Security modules. The role requires coordinating with HRIS leadership and business partners to evolve the HR tech portfolio and ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years configuring and managing Workday HCM and other HR systems, including BP security and data auditing.
• Experience with Workday reporting and calculated fields.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Core HR, Onboarding, and Security portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders.
• Own and administer Workday Core HR, Onboarding, and Security configurations and security controls.
• Lead vendor-led releases, feature development, testing plans, and deployments.
• Support data quality, process improvements, and compliance across HR systems.
• Collaborate with Reporting & Analytics to define and test reports and dashboards.
• Handle mass data loads via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and respond to one‑off data needs.
• Contribute to end-user training materials and knowledge management.
