Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an HR Systems Specialist to support the HR Systems team in delivering operational excellence within the Benefits, Compensation, and Time/Absence tech portfolio. You will partner with HRIS leadership and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions and manage changes with thorough documentation.

You will own configuration, security, testing, and data quality, develop test scenarios, and coordinate deployments while maintaining deployment readiness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational excellence and functional support within the HR Systems team.
• Evolve and maintain the Benefits, Compensation, and Time and Absence technology portfolio and roadmap.
• Partner with HRIS leadership, HR business owners, and business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions with limited guidance.
• Deliver configuration changes and enhancements with documentation and testing.
• Manage configuration, business processes, security and compliance, notifications, auditing, and data quality.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate testing activities.
• Manage assigned deliverables through the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation, testing evidence, and deployment readiness.
• Gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Identify root causes and recommend preventive actions.
• Configure, test, and process mass data loads via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Participate in requirements-gathering sessions with functional subject matter experts, IT, and users.
• Support end-user inbound requests and escalations.
• Develop knowledge-management collateral for training and education efforts.
