Job summary

Gartner seeks an HR Systems Product Lead to own Workday Core HR, Onboarding and Security capabilities. You will partner with HRIS leadership and business owners to shape the roadmap and deliver high-impact enhancements.

You will manage system administration, security, data quality, and testing while guiding a cross-functional team to meet deadlines and business priorities. This role requires a strong customer orientation, HR business process understanding, and expert Workday knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2+ years configuring Workday HCM and HR systems.
• Experience with BP security, data structures and reporting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evolve Core HR, Onboarding and Security portfolio with HRIS leadership and stakeholders.
• Own and execute Workday administration: configuration, processes, security and data quality.
• Lead testing plans, UAT, and release validation for enhancements.
• Drive vendor-led releases and new features, including testing and deployments.
• Support HR analytics by defining/reporting dashboards and data integrity.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous process improvements.
