Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an HR Systems Product Lead in Stamford, CT to own and enhance the Workday HCM portfolio (Benefits, Compensation, Time & Absence). This role requires deep HR process knowledge, expert Workday skills, and strong customer orientation to partner with HRIS leadership and business stakeholders.

You will manage configuration, security, data quality, releases, testing, and analytics while guiding the team to timely delivery and compliant operations in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
• 5+ years configuring and managing Workday HCM and HR systems, BP security and data auditing.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, Benefits, Compensation, Time and Absence.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Workday Benefits, Compensation and Time & Absence portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders.
• Own system administration for Workday: configuration, security, compliance, data quality, and testing.
• Lead vendor releases, feature development, test plans, UAT and regression testing.
• Support reporting/analytics needs with requirements gathering and dashboard validation.
• Coordinate mass data loads via Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) and ensure data integrity.
