Job summary

Gartner seeks an Associate HR Systems Product Lead to drive operational excellence in Workday HCM, focusing on Compensation, Time & Absence, and Benefits. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and implement scalable HR technology solutions.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to deliver through the full delivery lifecycle in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR experience with a focus on technology-enabled HR solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, especially Compensation, Time & Absence, and Benefits.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions with limited guidance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain Benefits, Compensation and Time & Absence tech portfolio and roadmap.
• Deliver configuration changes with documentation and testing.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate testing activities.
• Manage deliverables through the delivery lifecycle with proper documentation.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Lead complex troubleshooting; identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Configure, test and process mass data loads via EIB.
• Participate in requirements sessions with SMEs, IT and users.
• Support end users' requests and create knowledge collateral for training.
