Job summary

Gartner is seeking an HR Systems Product Lead to own and evolve Workday HCM capabilities, focusing on Benefits, Compensation and Time & Absence. You will partner with HRIS leadership and business owners to roadmap features, ensure data quality and security, and drive enhancements across the HR systems portfolio.

You will manage administration, testing, and deployments, collaborating with analytics and compliance teams while delivering reliable HR technology services in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring and managing Workday HCM and other HR systems
• Experience with business processes, data structure, BP security, EIBs, reporting and calculated fields
• Knowledge of HR processes and benefits/absence/compensation domains
• Strong Excel skills and ability to develop reports in Workday
• Change management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead evolution of Benefits, Compensation and Time & Absence capabilities with HRIS partners
• Maintain relationships with key business partners for issue resolution and enhancements
• Own and execute Workday administration: config, security, notifications, data quality
• Manage vendor releases and test plans including UAT and regression testing
• Support Reporting & Analytics for dashboards and requirements gathering
• Configure and process mass data loads via EIB and ensure data quality
• Support compliance and regulatory changes affecting HR systems
• Coordinate requirements sessions with SMEs, IT and users
