Job summary

Gartner, Inc. in Irving, TX seeks an Associate HR Systems Product Lead to advance the Benefits, Compensation and Time & Absence technology portfolio within HR Systems.

You will translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, perform configurations, testing, and documentation, and partner with HR and IT to deliver value. You will manage deliverables end-to-end, drive data quality, and engage stakeholders to align priorities and timelines, contributing to continuous improvement of HR

Qualifications

• 1+ years HR experience with strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain the Benefits, Compensation and Time & Absence technology portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into system solutions with limited guidance.
• Deliver configuration changes and enhancements with documentation, testing, and data quality management.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate testing activities.
• Independently manage deliverables through the delivery lifecycle.
• Maintain documentation, testing evidence, and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate progress.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Identify root causes and preventive actions.
• Configure and process mass data loads via EIB.
• Participate in requirements sessions with SMEs, IT, and users.
• Support HR Systems team with end-user requests and training materials.
