Job summary

Gartner, Inc. seeks an Associate HR Systems Product Lead to drive operational excellence within the HR Systems team. You will partner with HR stakeholders to prioritize enhancements in Workday HCM, especially Compensation, Time & Absence, and Benefits.

You will independently execute configuration changes, document testing, and manage deliverables through the full lifecycle while ensuring data quality and stakeholder alignment in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR experience with strong analytical skills.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Workday core functional knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to gather requirements and manage expectations.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and maintain the Benefits, Compensation and Time and Absence portfolio and roadmap with HRIS leadership and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into effective system solutions with limited guidance.
• Deliver configuration changes and enhancements with documentation and testing.
• Develop test scenarios and coordinate testing activities.
• Manage assigned deliverables through the delivery lifecycle with documentation and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and manage expectations.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Configure, test and process mass data loads via the Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Participate in requirements gathering with SMEs, IT and users.
• Support end users' inbound requests and develop knowledge collateral for training.
