Job summary

Gartner is seeking an HRIS Product Lead to own and evolve the Workday Core HR, Onboarding, and Security modules. You will partner with HRIS leadership and business owners to drive the portfolio, while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage system administration, lead releases, and support analytics with design and testing of reports and dashboards. This hybrid role involves collaboration across IT and HR teams and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years configuring and managing Workday HCM and related HR systems.
• Experience in other Workday areas (position management, talent/performance, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes and data structures.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to build reports and calculated fields in Workday.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Own evolution of Core HR, Onboarding and Security portfolio with stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with business partners for visibility and issue resolution.
• Lead Workday Core HR, Onboarding and Security within HR Systems.
• Configure Workday, security, data quality, and business processes.
• Lead vendor-led releases, testing, and feature development.
• Drive operational excellence and long-term process improvements.
• Manage bug/root-cause analysis, impact assessment and fixes.
• Support Reporting & Analytics with requirements for dashboards.
• Configure and process mass data loads via EIB.
• Support regulatory compliance through HRIS processes.
• Perform QA to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Participate in requirements sessions with SMEs, IT and users.
• Develop training collateral and handle end-user requests.
