Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service and MLS (mobile) experience in-store
• Demonstrate latest devices and services through hands-on demos
• Assist customers with selecting accessories and plan options to fit their needs
• Guide customers through the purchasing process with thoughtful questions and clear explanations
