Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age and able to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs and work full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, online or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology and explain product features.
• Engage in side-by-side selling to tailor solutions including accessories and IoT devices.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process with thoughtful questions and clear answers.
