Arch Telecom is hiring Mobile Associates to join a fast-paced retail team, focusing on customer needs, product demonstrations, and solutions beyond basic devices. You will complete training and build meaningful connections with customers.

Ideal candidates will have 6 months of customer service or sales experience, 18+ years old, and availability for full- or part-time hours. In-store environment with growth opportunities and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the bare-bones device and service plan.
• Guide your customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
