Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking Mobile Associates to join a dynamic retail team across 200+ U.S. stores. You will learn product demonstrations, help customers choose devices and plans, and deliver a best-in-class shopping experience that builds loyalty and increases sales.

You will develop relationships, ask insightful questions, and work with peers and store leaders to meet performance goals. Must be 18+, HS diploma, able to stand long hours and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred
• Be at least 18 years of age
• High school degree or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 25lbs
• Reliable transportation
• Full Time (40 hours) or Part Time (20+ hours) availability

Responsibilities

• Help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in-store
• Explore individual needs and provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store
• Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond basic devices and service plans
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and expert answers
• Develop strong peer relationships and collaborate with store leaders to meet goals
