Arch Telecom is hiring for a Mobile Associates role within our national network of stores. You will learn to deliver best-in-class customer service, demonstrate devices, and help customers find personalized wireless solutions in a fast-paced, energetic store setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a willingness to learn and grow with training that leads to promotion as a Mobile Expert.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school degree or GED.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store with product selection and demonstrations.
• Provide hands-on demos of the latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions beyond devices and plans.
• Guide customers through their purchasing experience with thoughtful questions and informed answers.
• Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless, high‑quality customer experience.
